Accounting Tech

Location of Position: Juneau, Alaska

We need a detail-oriented person to maintain our credit, debit, and ATM card programs, resolve disputes, and process exceptions. This position also supports the department with other accounting-related duties.  The qualified applicant will have 6 months – 2 years of similar experience, good working knowledge of MS Office & Excel, great customer service, and good verbal and written communication skills.


Member Service Representative

Location of Position: Juneau, Alaska

We have a current employment opportunity in our Mendenhall Branch for a full time Member Service Representative. We are looking for a motivated individual to assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs: explaining services, opening new accounts, processing and closing consumer loan requests, cross-selling services, and troubleshooting and resolving inquiries.   Previous sales, customer service or financial institution experience preferred.
